Kim is a full time realtor and studies the local real estate market on a daily basis to help her customers locate the best opportunities. She has first hand experience in investment properties, flipping homes, and working with international buyers. In terms of marketing, Kim offers a comprehensive plan utilizing traditional methods and digital campaigns to help her customers reach their goals. She makes sure to get the deal closed with the aid of a strong network of lenders, appraisers, insurance agents and title companies. Kim’s motto is, “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”. Kim brings her 20+ years as an occupational therapist to her career in real estate, giving her customers the added benefit of having a realtor that can create a realistic plan and knows the steps to help every customer reach a favorable outcome.
